ALL are called, but FEW are chosen
Every Christian, whether young or mature, are called into serving for the purpose of God, at the moment they are being born again. But in Matthew 22:14, the bible tells us that many are called, but few were chosen.
Here's the question, if many are called.. then why do only a few were chosen? Why is it so? This is because NOT ALL that were called are willing to make a choice to walk the narrow way. Not all of those who are called are willing to bear the cross for Jesus Christ.
We have to make a decision to walk through the narrow way, to undergo stretching and character moulding, to go through trails and tribulations, and to see ourselves develop in the fruits of the spirit. It's only when we are willing, then God can use us as His servant and to bring blessing to others.
Let's develop our character and our foundation in God!
